Hello! I’m Ka Yun and I am a creative based in the sunny state of California. I’m curious by nature so I’m always learning and exploring different ideas, which lends to my creative process.
I am a doodler and I am almost never without a sketchbook and a pen. I kept my doodling practice as I started my career in the marketing and public relations field, working in various industries and types of organizations, from startups to local nonprofits and small businesses. No matter what, I always find myself getting involved in creative projects. The more immersed I got into these projects, the more I knew creating is for me. One thing remains the same from these experiences: to give back to the community.
Still to this day, you can find me shopping at small businesses and pop-ups, indulging my foodie side at local eats, and exploring the world through my family’s lenses (especially with my own rangefinder!).
